At Storybook Sunningdale, we believe that healthy eating is an essential part of early years education. The Storybook Food Philosophy is all about promoting nutritious, balanced meals and it is something we take very seriously.

Nutrition plays a key role in the Storybook day. We follow EYFS nutritional guidance, and all our menus are reviewed by the Early Start Nutrition Team to ensure they meet the highest standards for young children.

We provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day, all freshly prepared by our talented in-house chef, Chef Camelle. Our Storybook Kitchen proudly holds a 5-star food hygiene rating, reflecting our commitment to quality and safety.

A true legend in her own lunch hour (and far beyond!), Chef Camell prepares fresh, home-cooked meals every day and helps children make healthy, confident food choices.

Our menus are inclusive and balanced, offering a variety of plant-based, chicken, and fish dishes. All meals and snacks are thoughtfully planned to accommodate dietary needs, cultural preferences, and allergies, ensuring that every child can enjoy mealtimes together in a supportive and joyful environment.
